Macfab to attend Eurosatory 2018
NEWS RELEASE: June 7, 2018: Macfab Manufacturing, an international supplier of precision components and sub-assemblies, will attend Eurosatory 2018, held at the Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition Centre on June 11-15.
Eurosatory is the leading international land and air-land defence and security exhibition. Eurosatory 2018 is expected to attract more than 1,500 exhibitors and 57,000 industry professionals from 68 countries. The event features over 160,000 square metres of exhibits and live demonstrations. Over 70 conferences have been organized, featuring high-level panels of speakers including operational staff, manufacturers, media, experts, think tanks and senior government officials.
“This is our second visit to Eurosatory,” says Macfab president Chris Macmorine. “We have longstanding relationships in the defence and security sector, so we’re very excited by the opportunity to meet new colleagues and explore key industry needs and challenges.”
Now held every two years, Eurosatory was initiated in 1967 by the French “Section Technique de l’Armée de Terre” (STAT). In 1992 its name was changed from Satory to Eurosatory to reflect its broader international dimensions.
